Eugene Dilan, Psy.D., SPHRCEO/Founder He/Him/His
After more than 25 years in psychology and international consulting. I founded the DILAN Consulting Group to share my passion for helping business leaders and teams achieve their full potential.
From the boardroom to the shop floor, I have demonstrated a unique ability to connect with demanding personalities, manage the toughest conflicts, and deliver leadership programs that consistently shape culture to drive high performance. My experiences include labor relations, mergers and acquisitions and bringing teams together in some of the world’s most challenging environments, including Afghanistan and Iraq.
I have helped to transform a diverse range of leaders, teams, and organizations (including Fortune 500 firms, non-profits, and start-ups in technology, biotech, energy, defense, aerospace, and more). Through it all, I have participated in many remarkable life-changing experiences, and I am convinced more than ever that every person can grow and change and that each person can truly make a difference.
E. Paul Bayon, Psy.D.Senior Consultant He/Him/His
I have been a coach, facilitator, and consultant for more than 25 years, working with individuals and teams on leadership development, change management, strategic planning, and program evaluation within health care, insurance, professional associations, and legislative advocacy organizations.
Attuned to the benefits and politics of diversity and inclusion, I work with clients to evaluate the root causes of organizational distress and we use that knowledge to generate interventions to achieve organizational excellence. Gaining insight and emotional awareness about the underlying nature of an organization’s dysfunctions and people’s responses to it is critical, but only when serving the purpose of taking informed and meaningful action to address the client’s needs. Having guided labor and management teams to set aside decades of adversarial history and to become working partners, I know that change, while hard fought, is possible.
Winifred Ernst, Ph.D.Senior Consultant She/Her/Hers
With 20 years in leadership development across large and small businesses, healthcare, technology, etc., it’s invigorating to draw from a variety of experiences and apply them towards successful outcomes in new situations. For example, my expatriate experience in Asia, Europe, and Latin America proved useful when developing an award-winning cross-cultural training for DMV examiners, and when consulting teams of public policy leaders that comprised diverse backgrounds, politics and professions. I’ve combined other research and leadership models when consulting clients on topics like: managing and influencing others, negotiating common ground, helping women accelerate their careers, executive transitions, establishing equitable work cultures, and leading change. With a PhD in literature and PCC coaching accreditation (and having published 4 peer-reviewed articles and a book), I find that reading between the lines is critical to effective leadership.
My clients and I leverage research-backed strategies so that they can create better workplaces for themselves, their teams, and the organizations they lead. Above all, my focus is their success.
Regina Feltman, MEdSenior Consultant She/Her/Hers
I have been a consultant, executive coach and facilitator for 20 years, working internationally with leaders ranging from the shop floor to C-suite executives in a variety of sectors including technology, education, oil and gas, financial services, healthcare, government and non-profits.
I believe change needs a climate of authenticity to take root and have power. My style is direct and to the point — both supportive and provocative and I’ve honed it over the years working with leaders from Haagen Dazs Europe, Goldman Sachs, BMC Software. the National Treasury of South Africa, Shell Oil and the World Economic Forum. I have one goal: to take leaders and teams to their next level of effectiveness.
I also assert that change and development happen in action – that we act our way into a new way of thinking more sustainably that we think our way into a new way of acting – so getting leaders to experiment and take risks is a critical piece of my expertise.
