Unlock Your Organizationโs Potential
This is the work DILAN was built to do โ and it is work our team understands from the inside out.
Our Clients Say:
โThank you! This was full of great content. I learned a lot and really enjoyed the program. Exciting!โ
โThank you for a wonderful and enthusiastic session. I look forward to using what I have learned day-to-day (work and personal).โ
โI was skeptical of two full days, but they went by quickly and meaningfully โ well done!โ
Letโs do it again! Thereโs a lot of wood to chop! We can get there with you and your team.
Excellent job by the facilitators and their ability to read individuals, the group, and situations. Oh, wait โ this is your area of expertise! Thank you.
The facilitated discussion by Eugene gave our group major breakthroughs. His expertise was critical to our groupโs success.
โI engaged DILAN Consulting Group during the height of the pandemic in 2020. Initially they were hired to provide trainings to support staff with managing work/life balance and to be a resource for addressing mental health and wellness. The trainings they conducted were so successful, I enlisted Hasse and the rest of the DILAN team to support my organization through its Inclusion & Belonging journey. I highly recommend them!โ
โOur organization was committed to figuring out our own Inclusion & Belonging journey but did not know where or how to begin. Dilan Consulting met us where we were at and created a road map that made sense for our company. Both Eugene and Hasse create a safe space for our leaders to explore and to engage in the work we need to do and, most importantly, tie our Inclusion & Belonging work to how we become a stronger and successful company.โ
Working with Eugene is a life-changing experience. He is supportive, positive, thoughtful and in general, a wonderful mentor and human being. He recently conducted Management Training at my company for 16 relatively new managers and the results have been seen immediately across the company. He received rave reviews from my managersโฆWe are running our second training in February and we are very much looking forward to absorbing all that can be learned from Eugene!
โItโs not easy to move the proverbial needle on Inclusion & Belonging in any organization. Doing so correctly can be messy, time consuming, and sometimes even emotionally draining. But the work HAS to be done. We have been extremely lucky to be working with Hasse and the team at DILAN Consulting Group. Their approach to this work is educational, inspiring, pragmatic, and designed to fit our organizationโs mission. We feel lucky to have them on our team.โ

Letโs Get Started
We help organizations draw genuine strength from the differences on their teams โ different backgrounds, perspectives, cognitive styles, and experiences. Not as a values exercise, but as a practical competitive advantage. The teams that know how to unlock the full range of human capability on their roster consistently outperform those that don’t.
What this work actually addresses:
We help leaders understand and build the conditions where every person feels safe enough to contribute fully โ to speak up, challenge ideas, admit mistakes, and bring creative thinking without fear.
Inclusion is not an HR policy. It is a set of leadership behaviors โ how you run a meeting, who you ask for input, whose ideas get credit, who gets access to development opportunities. We help leaders make these behaviors conscious, consistent, and measurable.
We work with teams to build the norms, practices, and relational habits that make people feel genuinely connected โ not just included in theory, but valued in practice.
Every human brain carries biases. This is not a character flaw โ it is a feature of how our brains evolved to make fast decisions under uncertainty. Our work creates awareness of these patterns and builds practical, concrete habits for catching and mitigating them in decisions, feedback, and daily interactions.
Cultural intelligence and difference as strength
We help teams build the skills to navigate difference productively โ recognizing that diversity of perspective, background, and experience is one of the most powerful drivers of innovation and problem-solving available to any organization.
THE DILAN DIFFERENCE
Our Philosophy
That is why we begin every engagement by listening โ deeply and without assumption. We are not here to deliver a verdict on where your organization falls short. We are here to understand where you are, where you want to go, and what your people need in order to get there.
The beliefs that shape how we work:
Biases are human, not shameful.
The human brain evolved to make rapid judgments based on pattern recognition. Those patterns kept our ancestors alive. In modern organizational life, they create blind spots โ in hiring, in feedback, in whose ideas get taken seriously. Awareness is not the destination. Practical mitigation is. We give people real tools for real moments.
Inclusion is a leadership practice, not an HR program.
The most important determinant of whether people feel included is the behavior of the leader they work for most directly. Inclusion happens โ or fails to happen โ in everyday moments: a 1:1 conversation, a meeting where someone is talked over, a promotion decision. We develop leaders to make those moments count.
Everyone is on a learning journey.
This includes our team. We come to this work with humility about how much there is still to understand, and with the conviction that curiosity and honesty are more powerful than perfection. We model the same growth mindset we ask of our clients.
Growth mindset, not gotcha.
We approach this work with a fundamental belief that people want to do better โ and are capable of it. Our work is not about exposing bad intentions. It is about building the awareness, skills, and habits that allow everyone to show up more effectively. We hold high standards and genuine compassion in the same hands.
Belonging is the outcome, inclusion is the practice.
Inclusion describes what organizations do. Belonging is what people feel as a result. We measure our work by whether people actually feel it โ not by whether the program was delivered.
