E. Paul Bayon, Psy.D.
Senior Consultant He/Him/HisI have been a coach, facilitator, and consultant for more than 25 years, working with individuals and teams on leadership development, change management, strategic planning, and program evaluation within health care, insurance, professional associations, and legislative advocacy organizations.
Attuned to the benefits and politics of diversity and inclusion, I work with clients to evaluate the root causes of organizational distress and we use that knowledge to generate interventions to achieve organizational excellence. Gaining insight and emotional awareness about the underlying nature of an organization’s dysfunctions and people’s responses to it is critical, but only when serving the purpose of taking informed and meaningful action to address the client’s needs. Having guided labor and management teams to set aside decades of adversarial history and to become working partners, I know that change, while hard fought, is possible.

Regina Feltman, MEd
Senior Consultant She/Her/HersI have been a consultant, executive coach and facilitator for 20 years, working internationally with leaders ranging from the shop floor to C-suite executives in a variety of sectors including technology, education, oil and gas, financial services, healthcare, government and non-profits.
I believe change needs a climate of authenticity to take root and have power. My style is direct and to the point — both supportive and provocative and I’ve honed it over the years working with leaders from Haagen Dazs Europe, Goldman Sachs, BMC Software. the National Treasury of South Africa, Shell Oil and the World Economic Forum. I have one goal: to take leaders and teams to their next level of effectiveness.
I also assert that change and development happen in action – that we act our way into a new way of thinking more sustainably that we think our way into a new way of acting – so getting leaders to experiment and take risks is a critical piece of my expertise.
