How It Works
Why It Works
DCG uses several well-established qualitative and quantitative methods and tools to provide executives with clear and actionable 360 feedback. We also offer Upward Appraisals. Upward Appraisals are similar to 360 feedback though limited in scope because they focus exclusively on feedback from subordinates to their superior. Our method is a facilitated conversation that is done in real time. We work hard to establish a safe environment and structure the process in such a way that maintains confidentiality while simultaneously having all the stakeholders engaged in real time candid conversations. This process is especially helpful for teams that are shy or inexperienced at giving feedback to each other. Our process provides them with a safe learning lab to practice new behaviors in the context of addressing real team or business issues. Our facilitators work to optimize learning and transfer back to the workplace.
